I hope you all are doing well. We are almost through our first week, and I can imagine it has been quite a change. To help some of you who may be getting some "cabin fever", here are some things that you can do to help pass the time:
- Continue to check out Ms. Schultheis, Ms. E Foley, and Mr. Brown's Google Classrooms for updates on activities to be engaging in.
- READ!! There are so many possibilities that you can do after reading a few chapters of a book. You can make a comic, do a performance recreating a scene, write a letter to the author, write your own ending, do a journal entry from a character's point of view, and so much more!
- Do some yoga. These can be some stress-inducing times, and it's definitely not a bad idea to get up, stretch, and breathe! For those of you who may be feeling a bit anxious, I have a link here on BrainPOP that talks about the facts with the coronavirus. Give it a watch if you'd like: https://www.brainpop.com/health/diseasesinjuriesandconditions/coronavirus/.
Keep up the good work Jaguars!! We have been noticing that students are taking the time to stay engaged with their academics, and this is phenomenal!! Again, we are just looking for some engagement to help keep those important skills fresh. As always, if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us! Go Jaguars!!
Best,
Mr. Brown, Ms. Schultheis, Ms. E Foley
